THE BASICS:

Orders placed via deposit must have their remaining balance paid in full no later than 45-days before their arcade being built and/or shipped in order for scheduled production to begin. Production on an order cannot and will not begin until all remaining balances have been paid off.  Customers are not limited to the amount or frequency of payments made towards their remaining balance during the production wait period. For example, if an order is placed for $3000 and a down payment of $750 is made (25% deposit), this customer can submit the remaining amount due of $2250 in one or multiple payments at any time while their order is moving its way up the scheduled build queue.

EARLY PAYOFF:

As explained above, all partial payment orders can be paid off at any time during the production wait period. If an order is paid in full ahead of schedule, customers will receive the benefit of having their remaining wait time removed minus 1 month. For example, if a customer places an order with a 9 month production time and pays the order off after only 2 months, their remaining time will be wiped from the queue and production will begin approximately 1 month after their payoff date.

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders may be canceled at any time without penalty while the order is awaiting production. If an order is canceled during the artwork design and/or production phase, it will be subject to a non-negotiable cancellation fee. In this case, orders which have been paid in full are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Orders made with a deposit are subject to a 15% cancellation fee of their original deposit amount. Excluding deposit, if any additional payments have been made towards a remaining balance, this amount will be refunded without penalty. For example, if an order of $3000 is placed and a down payment of $750 is made (25% deposit), this order will be subject to a $112.50 cancellation fee (15% of the original $750 deposit) if canceled during the design/production phase. If this customer also paid an extra $1000 toward their remaining balance during the waiting period, this additional $1000 will be refunded in its entirety and is not subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be sent to the customer in the form of a check within 45-days of their requested/approved order cancellation.

The Playtime Arcades store checkout cannot process partial payment orders. If you would like to place an order with a deposit, you must submit your order via the form shown below. Once submitted, we'll send you an invoice and payment instructions to finalize your order. Please remember that any offers and/or discount codes available are excluded from deposit-only orders and will not be honored.
