RETURN & REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW

 

If a cancellation is requested on an order made prior to 05/15/2019, these orders are subject to a non-negotiable 25% cancellation fee of the total original payment made. Orders placed on or after 05/15/2019 are subject to a non-negotiable 15% cancellation fee of the total original payment made.

 

Order cancellation fees are in place because, although production does not begin until much later after an order is placed, all materials needed to build an order are purchased immediately and set aside to be used once production begins. Also, the time required to build an order is reserved and slotted in our production queue. If an order is cancelled, we are not only out the money used to purchase and store said materials, but also we are out of work for the time originally reserved/scheduled to build the order.

Your satisfaction is important to me. All items sold can be returned within 14 days after your item has been delivered. All returns must be in new or like new condition and are subject to a 25% return/cancellation fee. Before returning any item please contact me at contact@playtimearcades.com to obtain an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the box.

 

All arcades/items must be properly packed and shipped via an authorized shipper. Packages without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges including packing and insurance up to the dollar amount paid if any damages or losses occur in the return shipping process. Additionally, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
